What is BrusselsAgenda.eu?
BrusselsAgenda.eu is social portal where to share and promote European Affairs events, collect attendees registrations, and more.

Does it requires a registration?
Browsing events is open to anybody and does not require registration. Anyway, to fully exploit the portal potentia you need to create an account. There two accounts available: Private Account and Business Account. If you sign-up as Private you can receive email updates about new posted events in the EU policies of your interest. If you sign-up as Business, you can post unlimited events for free, receive weekly (or monthly or real-time) updates about new events, display events on your site (widget), browse hundreds of organisations acting in the EU Affairs arena, as well as activate extra services such as attendees registration and more.

What kind of events can I post on BrusselsAgenda.eu?
You can post all kind of events (conferences, training seminars, workshop, networking events, etc.) which deal with European Union politics and policies and European Affairs broad area. You can not post commercial fairs or congress, or any other events which is not directly or indirectly related to EU/European Affairs sector. A quality check is run daily on all events posted. Events which not respond to BrusselsAgenda.eu posting policy are promptly removed.

It is a free services?
Yes, BrusselsAgenda.eu is FREE to use service! On BrusselsAgenda.eu if you have a Business account you can post and promote unlimited events - all for free.

What and when I have to pay
You pay only when activating optional services. For example when you activate a registration form for an event you have posted, you will be charged 1 credit for each registered attendee.

What are optional services?
On BrusselsAgenda.eu you can activate optional per/fee services to better manage you event: get attendees (activate custom registration form, let visitors directly register on BrusselsAgenda.eu, view and export attendees list on Excel), highlight your event (get a double space on browsing view, with your organization logo aside and be always at the top of listing). Further services coming soon.

What are these credit things anyway?
Credits are BrusselsAgenda.eu very own currency. Buy slot of credits (25, 50, 100, more) and spend them on different services whenever you need. One credit cost 2€, the bigger is the package of credits you buy, the lower is the cost of 1 credit (down to 1,6€/1credit).

How credits work?
Buy Pay-as-you-go credits whenever you need them. Use your credits to buy optional services to boost or manage your event (activate attendees' registration, highlight your event, and more event custom services coming). Purchase credits and spend them whenever you activate optional services. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire.

How I get my invoice?
When you buy a package of credits, you will fill in a billing details, an automatic invoice will be generated and send to you via email.

Is it safe to use credit cards on BrusselsAgenda.eu?
Yes, all transactions are operated by world known PayPal service. BrusselsAgenda.eu runs on dedicated servers, all transactions run on https protected pages certificated by DigiCert®.
